definitie
- Het Communicatie Activatie Strategie Instrument (CASI) past wetenschappelijke inzichten over gedrag toe in communicatie. De opbrengst van CASI is input voor de strategie en levert de bouwstenen voor de interventies. Het doorlopen van het CASI-proces zorgt voor onderbouwde keuzes en draagvlak in de organisatie
